We have talked about our wedding plans long before anyone else knew. We have decided to make it official and started the actual preparation when we attended Christian and Kim’s wedding (February 23, 2013).

The next day, we went to Our Lady of Lourdes Tagaytay City, our preferred church, to make a reservation for our chosen wedding date which was originally February 22, 2014. To our surprise, when Hay the secretary checked the wedding book, the date was already booked. It took us a while to react and decide if we are going to change the date or change the church. We got the list of available dates close to our original preferred wedding date so we can match it with the availability of our reception venue.
The same day, we also visited our opted venue to see if the available church dates are still open for reservation.
On our way home, we have decided to settle on the closest date available which was coincidentally our formality of decision date. February 23,2014
